Meet Amira, a 19 year old who is crippled because a doctor decided to experiment on her (without her parent’s consent) instead of doing the routine procedure and ruined her for life. The is the depressing long story short, however you can read Amira’s whole story in the article above (there’s an English version too, you have to scroll down as Romanian’s the first). The case shook our country, as it turns out Amira is not the only one left crippled by this doctor, there are hundreds of cases of children who can no longer walk or are dead because of his experiments.
Amira’s dream was to visit Japan and become a gyaru model and I’m not going to let her abandon it, so I’ve started a fundraiser on indiegogo, so we can make that dream come true. God damn it, after all this suffering, she deserves it. I don’t want to just take her there, though, I want to do everything in my power to make this more than a trip, I want this to be an experience she’ll cherish forever. Together with Costrut, we are planning on taking Amira & her mother Emilia to the most wonderful places in Tokyo & Kyoto, as well as making her dream of becoming a gyaru model (as much as we can) come true. We’re going to not only guide and show her what Japan has to offer, but we’ll also shop for everything gyaru related Amira desires and organise as many shootings as possible in the two weeks we are going to spend there.
